Andrew Himes

Andrew Himes was founding editor of MacTech, the leading Apple technology journal, then co-founded the Microsoft Developer Network and was an executive and internet pioneer at Microsoft through the 90s. He then transitioned to the nonprofit world, and in his most recent job was founding executive director of Charter for Compassion International. He is the author of The Sword of the Lord: The Roots of Fundamentalism in an American Family.

Ben Kaufman

Ben Kaufman is an educator, marketer and administrator who has served as Managing Director for Personal Safety Nets® for the past 7 years. During this time he has facilitated more than 200 seminars for organizations, businesses and individuals. Ben has a Master’s degree in Counseling and Student Personnel Administration from Pacific Lutheran University, a BA from Illinois Wesleyan University, and an Educational Administrative Certificate from Seattle Pacific University - all of which lead to eight years in classrooms, teaching students history and English, and later, a position as both a Principal and Superintendent. Ben has also pursued his interests in business and marketing - serving as an executive with Red Robin International and Disney before eventually headed his own marketing and event business.

Judy Pigott

Judy Pigott has a wealth of extended, blended, and chosen family experiences in both leading and participating in care-share teams. She has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Skidmore College and a master’s degree in teaching from Teacher’s College, Columbia University. Her post-graduate studies at Seattle University focus on teaching English as an Additional Language. She also has training and experience in Hospice work and creating care-share teams. She is committed to fostering communities that nurture all participants physically, intellectually, emotionally and spiritually.

Nona Clifton

Nona Clifton is an experienced program director who has worked at the unique intersection of high-tech, medical devices, biomed, and regulatory documentation. At Medtronic Physio Control, she was selected to coordinate Hurricane Katrina company response, and she was part of a select team to facilitate division-wide change management program. Her specialties are high-performing high-morale teams, problem solving for results, change management, creative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Sue Mackey

Sue Mackey is internationally known for her work in skill standards, hard and soft skill core competencies. She lectures and teaches on soft skills, life and work ready. Founder of The Mackey Group, Seattle based firm, she was a business columnist for twenty years and she has authored ten books, all soft skill related. They include: Living Well, Working Smart: Soft skills for Success, Women Navigating Adversity: The Courage They Didn’t Know They Had, Oh, Yes, You Can! A How to Guide for Rebuilding Confidence and Achieving Success and Kids Navigating Life Workbooks.
