Judy Pigott will be conducting a one-hour session called "Personal Safety Nets - Get Smart!" Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at the Horizon House Sky Lounge.

The session deals with the issue of emotional intelligence which requires your mind, heart and emotions to work together. The one-hour session describes the link between emotions and good decison-making. Learn how to get better at understanding the options for asking for the help you need and managing emotions when a crisis arises.
