Education

Not only do we offer classes for end users, but we also provide a structured "Train the Trainer" curriculum that trains instructors, managers, HR staff and non-profit volunteers. Personal Safety Nets skills are taken back to their workplaces and organizations. After you or your staff have completed our "Train the Trainer" program, the Personal Safety Nets staff is available assist you with your presentation, and we're always there to support you.

Workplace Training

You know that when your employees are worried about home life or feel a lack of connection, their work suffers. Personal Safety Nets can offer you a cost effective way of assisting your staff to increase success in their lives and workplace. The result is increased productivity, decreased lost time due to illness and improved working culture.

There are "3 benefits to a business" for offering the Personal Safety Nets training for staff. 1) When a staff member experiences a life transition or crisis - having a PSN in place will ensure a faster, smoother transition back to work - saving the business money (time is money). 2) Other staff can be brought into the person's PSN building a sense of "community on the job." 3) Businesses can offer PSN training as an "additional value added benefit" to their current benefit package.
