Part 4 of a series of open-to-all retreat workshops entitled GIVING AND RECEIVING WISE HELP AND SUPPORT continues with Part 4: “Extending Your Inner & Outer Resources to Build Community” on Saturday, September 14, 2013, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The events, for women of all ages, are designed to guide and empower women in taking charge of creating and maintaining circles of support. They will both take place at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Hall, 7000 35th Ave SW, in West Seattle. These retreat workshops, part of the Listening to Wisdom Retreat Series, are conducted by Trudy James, chaplain, consultant, experienced creator of care-teams, facilitator and founder of HeartWork (www.trudyjamesheartwork.com) and Judy Pigott, lecturer, group facilitator and co-author of Personal Safety Nets®, Getting Ready for Life’s Inevitable Changes and Challenges (www.personalsafetynets.org). The upcoming retreat workshops, which are open to all, are an outreach effort of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish. Cost for the full day, including a delicious homemade lunch, is $70.00 per person.
